Human Resources Coordinator

CACEIS is the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole dedicated to asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, banks, private equity and real estate funds, brokers and corporate clients.

To ensure continuity of service to newly acquired North American clients as well as operational activities carried out by CACEIS IS, such as Fund Administration and PERES services, CACEIS Canada is looking for an organized, detail oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR operations, ensuring accurate and compliant data and employees have a seamless experience from day one.

Job Duties:

  • HRIS & Data Management
  • Maintain and audit employee records
  • Process employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and departures.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR metrics reports
  • Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Coordinate the logistics for new hire onboarding, including background checks, equipment setup coordination, and preparing welcome packages.
  • Deliver the administrative portion of onboarding, ensuring all mandatory tax, compliance, and direct deposit forms are completed.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding general policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
  • Payroll, Benefits & Compliance Support
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate documentation for Semi-monthly payroll cycle
  • Assist with the administration of group benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.
  • Maintain compliance tracking in alignment with provincial labor standards, workplace health and safety protocols, and official language requirements.
  • Team & Committee Support
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling, drafting internal communications, and organizing team files.
  • Help prepare agendas, track action items, and maintain documentation for internal committees, such as the Health & Safety Committee.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role.
  • Education: College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS platforms (experience with ADP is an asset) and advanced skills in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Language Skills: Professional fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an ironclad commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
