SOMMAIRE DU POSTE :
Lantic recrute actuellement un.e coordonnateur.trice, paie et avantages sociaux basé.e à notre usine de Montréal. Relevant de la superviseure, paie et avantages sociaux, le/la titulaire du poste sera responsable d’effectuer le traitement complet de la paie des employé.es salarié.es, syndiqué.es et retraité.es pour les opérations de l’Ouest et l’Est.
RESPONSABILITÉS :
- Assurer le traitement complet de la paie (salarié.es, syndiqué.es et retraité.es) conformément aux conventions collectives et procédures en vigueur ;
- Effectuer le suivi et la mise à jour des congés (statutaires, vacances, anniversaires, etc.), notamment pour les employé.es syndiqué.es ;
- Traiter les transferts bancaires et les demandes de paiement (impôts, cotisations syndicales, saisies, etc.) ;
- Produire les relevés d’emploi pour tous.tes les employé.es, étudiant.es et stagiaires ;
- Agir comme personne-ressource pour les questions liées à la paie et soutenir les gestionnaires ;
- Gérer l’ouverture et la fermeture des dossiers employés en matière de rémunération ;
- Préparer et balancer les remises gouvernementales (taxes, T4, etc.) ;
- Participer aux activités de fin d’année fiscale et produire les rapports liés à la paie (heures, temps supplémentaire, absences).
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCES PROFESSIONNELLES REQUISES :
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en Administration, ou Gestion des Ressources Humaines ou Comptabilité ;
- Accréditation de l’Institut National de la Paie, un atout ;
- Minimum de cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire en milieu manufacturier ;
- Expérience dans un environnement syndiqué, capacité à interpréter les conventions collectives ;
- Bilinguisme tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit (français et anglais) afin de pouvoir communiquer avec nos sites francophones et anglophones ;
- Connaissances dans le domaine de la paie et des différentes législations provinciales canadiennes ;
- Connaissance de logiciel Word, niveau intermédiaire ;
- Connaissance du logiciel Excel, niveau avancé ;
- Connaissance du logiciel Kronos et Dimensions (Business Central) ;
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse et aptitude dans la prise de décisions ;
- Bon esprit d’équipe, sens des responsabilités et autonomie ;
- Souci de la qualité et facilité dans la planification et l’organisation ;
- Habileté dans la gestion des priorités et capacité à travailler sous pression et dans des délais serrés.

- Poste présentement hybride : 3 jours au bureau, 2 jours en télétravail.

Lantic is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator based at our Montreal plant. Reporting to the Payroll & Benefits Supervisor, the incumbent will be responsible for the complete payroll processing for salaried, unionized and retired employees for western and eastern operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure full payroll processing for all employees (salaried, unionized, and retirees) in compliance with collective agreements and established procedures;
- Monitor and update leave entitlements (statutory, vacation, anniversary, etc.), with a particular focus on unionized employees;
- Process bank transfers and payment requests (taxes, union dues, garnishments, etc.);
- Prepare Records of Employment for employees, students, and interns;
- Act as a payroll resource person and support managers on payroll-related matters;
- Manage the opening and closing of employee payroll files;
- Prepare and reconcile government remittances (taxes, T4, etc.);
- Participate in year-end activities and prepare payroll-related reports (worked and paid hours, overtime, absences).
QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- College diploma in Administration, or Management of Human Resources, or Accounting;
- Accreditation to the National Payroll Institute, an asset;
- Minimum of five (5) years’ of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment;
- Experience in a unionized environment; ability to interpret collective agreements;
- Bilingualism both oral and written (French and English) in order to be able to communicate with our French and English-speaking sites;
- Knowledge in the field of pay and various provincial legislations;
- Knowledge of Word software, intermediate level;
- Knowledge of Excel software, advanced level;
- Knowledge of UKG (Kronos) and Dimensions (Business Central);
- Analytical & synthesis skills and decision making abilities;
- Good sense of teamwork, of responsibility and autonomy;
- Attention to quality and excellent planning and organizational skills;
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
