Customer Support Representative (LATIN AMERICA Applicants Only)

Firepoint Inc. is looking for a communicative, organized, and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our growing international team. We are currently accepting applications from LATAM-based candidates only. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced remote environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Work Model: 100% Remote (Home Office)
**Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Latin America (LATAM)**
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Toronto, ON)
Language Requirement: Intermediate to Advanced English
REQUIREMENTS
**English Proficiency**
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to maintain professional and fluid conversations.
**Remote Work Setup**
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection and a functional computer/workstation.
**Previous Experience**
Experience in Customer Service, Client Support, or Technical Support is considered a strong asset.
**Soft Skills**
Excellent communication skills, empathy, resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
