Skills: MustHave Skills
• 8-12+ years in Application Support / Production Management within BFSI
• 3-5+ years in a technical peoplemanagement or service delivery lead role
• Deep knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident| Problem| Change| Release)
• Experience supporting missioncritical banking or Capital Markets applications
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Handson experience with production incident management and RCA
• Understanding of technology risk| audit| and regulatory requirements
NicetoHave Skills
• Capital Markets domain exposure (Trading| Risk| Market Data| Finance)
• Experience with ServiceNow| Splunk| Dynatrace| AppDynamics| or similar tools
• Exposure to cloud or hybrid environments
• SRE or DevOps maturity in regulated environments
• Vendor management and managed services transition experience
