We are looking for a knowledgeable Account Manager to join our Group Business team at Pacific Blue Cross. You will be central to renewing group insurance contracts and developing new client relationships. Your experience and communication skills will contribute to our mission of improving health outcomes across British Columbia. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client renewals for group insurance
- Negotiate terms with clients and advisors
- Coordinate proposals and presentations effectively
- Promote and educate clients about new product offerings
- Network with key stakeholders in the insurance field
- 3 years relevant experience in group insurance
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Proven track record in relationship management
- Must maintain an Independent Life Agent license
