Fortinet Technical Account Manager Role

Become the primary technical support contact at Fortinet for premium customers while enhancing your skills in network security. This Technical Account Manager position demands expertise in technical analysis and customer communication. As a Technical Account Manager, you will leverage your strong network security and routing experience to support clients in the Americas Region. This role includes hands-on tasks such as installation assistance, customer education, and technical case management. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with customers while providing insights based on detailed network and packet trace analysis. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer network and configuration information
- Provide installation and configuration support
- Conduct training on networking and Fortinet products
- Manage open technical cases and client expectations
- Facilitate quarterly site visits and weekly status calls
- Minimum five years of network industry experience
- Strong background in network security and routing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with Windows server applications and scripting
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, CISSP) preferred
