- Coordinate project activities with internal and external teams
- Track deliverables and maintain quality compliance
- Document meetings, action items, and project status
- Manage communication pathways with all stakeholders
- Ensure timely submissions and workflow processes
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or 2 years relevant experience
- Technical diploma with 4 years of related experience
- Familiarity with P3 or similar project delivery methods
- Proficient in project management tools like Smartsheet
