This position is based in Burnaby, with travel to Victoria required approximately every two weeks.
Salary range: $89,000 - $111,300.

Role Overview
Human Resources Business Partner to support both our Burnaby and Victoria Fresh facilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to site leadership, influencing business decisions and people strategies.
- Lead and support employee relations, including interpretation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and grievance management.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and critical role development.
- Contribute to and deploy the Human Capital strategy, acting as a change agent across both sites.
- Support managers with HR best practices, policies and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Lead health and safety culture initiatives, including injury management and return-to-work programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Participate actively in plant leadership committees and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management or Industrial Relations (required).
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Business Partner in a unionised manufacturing environment (required).
- Minimum five (5) years experience with employee relations (required).
