Toraza Zenith Inc. is a professional training, coaching and consultancy firm offering specialized training in the P3 and infrastructure sector.

The focus of our training service is two-fold, to introduce and develop the capabilities of young professionals, and to enhance the skills of seasoned professionals involved in infrastructure development projects related to Public-Private Partnership (P3) delivery models.

Toraza is the only Canadian company accredited to deliver all three levels of the “Certified PPP Professional (CP3P®)”.

Our clients consist of Canadian Federal, Provincial and Local Government departments, leading private sector organizations in Canada, and various public and private international organizations.

The Position

We are currently looking for an Administration and Marketing Associate to contribute to the success of our growing team. To be successful in this position, you will need to bring a forward-thinking attitude, a diverse skillset, and the flexibility to take on extra assignments as needed.

Candidates should bring demonstrated knowledge and skills in the areas of Office Administration, Content Development (written and graphical) and Management, and Digital Marketing.

Duties:

Administration (60%)

• Monitor email accounts for inquiries and respond accordingly
• Update and maintain internal client files
• Perform administrative tasks for training sessions:
• Field customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Host training sessions when applicable

Content Management (30%)

• Manage and maintain course content and materials - including the creation of course shells, uploading/updating documents on the LMS and ensuring quality assurance
• Oversee and manage the enrollment of participants into programs

Marketing (10%)

• Develop organic content for LinkedIn and monitor/report performance monthly
• Creative development of PowerPoint presentations and marketing communications collateral
• Copywriting for company promotions, newsletters, and marketing material
• Other creative and marketing tasks as required.

Requirements:

• A certificate, degree, or relevant experience in the areas of:
• Public Relations/Communications
• Digital/Social Media Marketing
• Marketing Administration
• Graphic Design/Branding
• Experience and comfortability in:
• Content Management Systems/LMS - WordPress, SharePoint, Wix, etc.
• Sales/Marketing and Social Media Management - Shopify, MailChimp, Hootsuite and social media platforms for business
• Graphic design software - we use Affinity Publisher
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects
• Experience with Office Software - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint are a must), project management software (Asana, Trello…etc.), communication software (Slack, WhatsApp…etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working within an educational setting is an asset
• Bilingualism is an asset - French, Spanish, etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML/Markdown is an asset
• Energetic, positive, and enthusiastic individual who works well in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible individual who is open to doing additional related tasks when required

Other information:

• This is a remote position - you must have a desktop/laptop with a webcam, microphone and speakers, and a strong internet connection
• Flexible working hours, with some mandatory hours
• Estimated 15-20 hours per week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance

Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
