Part time Digital Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibility:
Our group produces a strategic line of B2B magazines, providing exclusive executive interviews from within industry and profiles of the latest and greatest construction projects across Canada and General Business practices within the United States. Working alongside many of the industries leading associations, we look to put forward a holistic view of a variety of sectors and their adjacent industry verticals.
The marketing coordinator is responsible firstly, for the overall layout and design of the magazine each month. They would be tasked with looking at the images, adverts and text provided that month, and laying the framework for an appealing layout design for each of our monthly magazines, which would than be brought to fruition by our design team.
Other ongoing tasks within this role would include (but are not limited to):
-Creation and/or growth of our brand within the major social media platforms (Instagram, Linkedin, etc..). This would include connecting with all of our advertisers each month to ensure we are linked on socials.
-Grow and expand our readership through unique campaigns which reach our target audience
- Ongoing SEO Optimization for all new magazine issues and our websites.
-Reaching out to communications personnel within our target industry to procure media releases and exclusive content for upcoming magazine issues.
-Oversee our groups Email Marketing /lead generation teams (5 reps) ensuring all their incoming and outgoing leads are well organized and ensuring we are penetrating target companies at every touchpoint.
This role is part time to start, with the potential to shift to full time in the next 3 to 6 months as soon as the workload warrants.
This role requires a home office with a personal computer and a strong wifi connection at the minimum.
