What You'll Do

As a Customer Sales Representative, you'll work directly with clients to explain available coverage options and help them navigate the insurance application process.

• Connect With Clients: Conduct scheduled phone and virtual consultations with individuals interested in learning about their coverage options.
• Present Coverage Options: Explain life insurance and supplemental benefit products in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Understand Client Needs: Ask relevant questions, address concerns, and help clients evaluate available solutions.
• Assist With Applications: Guide clients through application forms, enrollment steps, and required documentation.
• Maintain Client Communication: Coordinate appointments, respond to inquiries, and provide timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
