Customer Service Representative - 3PL

Customer Service Representative supporting supply chain and pharmacy operations at a healthcare distribution company. The role involves processing orders, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records for timely service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders via phone, fax, and email; provide order confirmations
• Select appropriate carriers and process pick tickets through ERP system
• Communicate with external and internal customers regarding shipments, backorders, and account issues
• Maintain accurate customer account information and backorder records
• Resolve routine customer inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent in related discipline
• 0-2 years customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and order entry systems
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
