Sales Specialist (Commission Based)

Job Responsibility:

TheirCircle is seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of transforming community engagement with private social networking. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

About TheirCircle:TheirCircle is a private social network that could 2x community engagement in 2 weeks. Our platform allows groups to build their own branded, invite-only social HQ in less than 5 minutes. The ad-free & bot-proof space is leveraged by large institutions, such as the University of Toronto, and 100's of communities across the globe.

:As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and drive sales. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads and closing deals for our high-value premium subscription & enterprise packages. Your expertise in our product and its unique value proposition will enable you to effectively communicate the benefits to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential clients and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Keep updated records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, with experience in the technology or software industry (SaaS) preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset and self-motivated.

Flexible Work ArrangementsWe support 100% remote work. The work schedule is on-call.

Compensation:This role is fully commission-based, with potential annual earnings of $125,000+. The product is quick to sell & each closed deal (valued at $999+) earns you 50% commission. We also offer a profit-sharing model, and provide equity to our top performing team members.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Freelance, Internship / Co-op

Salary: $90,000.00-$125,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
