Permanent Flexible Work Role: On-site/Hybrid
Full-time (40 hrs/wk)
Lead the sales and promotion of our innovative solar-powered and AC-powered bollards, site furnishings, and systems with electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic drive mechanisms.
Provide expert customer support, addressing installation, maintenance, and warranty queries.
Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance network across North America.
Employ a balanced approach of technical expertise, sales strategy, customer relationship management, and teamwork to enhance service quality and market reach.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Additional sales experience is highly valued.
Proficiency in understanding electrical building codes as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Ability to interpret site plans and quote appropriate products from our portfolio from your take-off.
Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in construction, industrial equipment, or related fields.
Comfortable discussing the installation of outdoor products into concrete with high variability.
experience with NetSuite or similar software is a plus.
Familiarity with design tools like Inventor or Solid Works.
Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.
Proven track record in managing projects, adhering to schedules, and handling multiple tasks.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and project management.
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe products, and other relevant software.
Understand RMA processes, product tracking, configuration, and change management.
