Make a meaningful difference in community financial services as the FM HUB Team Lead at e4c. Lead a dedicated team, empower participants, and ensure operational excellence in service delivery. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations while mentoring and supporting your team at e4c. Reporting to the Director of Financial Empowerment, your leadership will ensure adherence to compliance and program policies. By guiding your staff and fostering a supportive environment, you will contribute to the financial well-being of community members facing challenges. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily leadership and mentorship to FM HUB staff
- Coordinate operational workflows and ensure service delivery
- Oversee participant referrals, intake, and onboarding processes
- Ensure program compliance and policy adherence
- Maintain documentation and monitor service quality
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in case management
- At least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in financial literacy
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
