As the Services Lead, you will oversee all departments, including Skincare and Fragrance. Your responsibilities will include supporting merchandising standards, acting as the Manager on Duty, and engaging actively with clients and team members. Drive sales performance and maintain a motivating environment for all employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Sephora’s selling model among the team
- Uphold high visual merchandising standards in the store
- Engage with clients and team interactively
- Assess store performance and manage staffing levels accordingly
- Contribute to hiring new talent for the store
- 1-3 years of experience in a retail leadership role
- Proven skills in peer influence and feedback
- Strong abilities in client service and engagement
- Effective in time management and solving issues
- Knowledge of sales performance evaluation
