AECOM seeks a seasoned Director of Operations in Mississauga to drive success in the Environment Business Line. Utilize your expertise in project management and operational strategy to excel. Reporting directly to the COO, you will lead operational planning and execution across Canada. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to foster high-performance teams while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence through effective resource management. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct strategic initiatives and set KPIs for success
- Coach and develop high-performing teams
- Ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations
- Monitor financial performance and operational metrics
- Facilitate effective communication across business lines
- Bachelor’s degree with over 12 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience
- Strong operational and financial knowledge
- Proven history in the Design or Construction fields
- Excellent leadership and change management skills
