Senior Electrical Designer Role

Worley seeks a Senior Electrical Designer to lead and innovate within electrical design projects. Utilize your expertise while managing a team and driving project success. In this key position, you will provide leadership for the electrical design aspect of projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes through the delivery of layouts, routing plans, and compliance checks. You will lead a multidisciplinary design team, acting as the main point of contact for all electrical design queries. Your strong technical skills will help facilitate seamless collaboration with other disciplines, enhancing overall project execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of electrical design deliverables
- Ensure compliance with project-specific requirements
- Oversee team coordination and daily design tasks
- Incorporate client feedback into designs
- Promote safety and continuous improvement in design
- Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Significant experience in electrical design leadership
- Familiarity with major design software like AVEVA E3D
- In-depth knowledge of electrical system layouts
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
