Senior Design Manager Major Projects at Stantec

Drive transformational transportation projects at Stantec as a Senior Design Manager. Lead design teams and manage complex initiatives nationwide with a focus on client relationships. As part of Stantec's Major Projects Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering large transportation projects successfully. Your ability to manage design teams and maintain quality while fostering client partnerships is crucial. Candidates should be passionate about enhancing service delivery and ensuring compliance with internal and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex transportation design build project deliveries
- Supervise contract administration and quality management
- Serve as the technical lead on major APD projects
- Set and monitor project performance goals and procedures
- Effectively manage internal and external partnerships
- Minimum 15 years in large-scale transportation projects
- Demonstrated experience in deputy or design management roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- P.E. (Professional Engineer) certification preferred
- PMP preferred but not required
