Senior Consultant & Learning Designer Position

Lead as a Senior Learning Designer & Consultant at North Campus Edmonton, focusing on innovative health education. Use your strategic design skills to enhance educational experiences. The Learning Design Studio in the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry seeks a dynamic lead to facilitate project management and instructional design. You will work directly with clinicians to convert educational demands into engaging formats, ensuring meaningful learning outcomes. This role encompasses a blend of consultation and hands-on design, emphasizing collaboration amongst experts. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as lead instructional designer for diverse projects
- Manage end-to-end project processes for the studio
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals on design initiatives
- Provide direction to design and communication teams
- Maintain financial sustainability of projects within the studio
- Extensive experience in learning design methodologies
- Excellent project leadership skills
