Organizational Change Manager Senior Role

Drive impactful change management initiatives as a Senior Organizational Change Manager. This role requires expertise in technology application projects and strong communication skills to navigate organizational transformations. As a Senior Organizational Change Manager, you will bring at least eight years of change management experience and a certification like Prosci. Your primary focus will include developing strategic change plans, communication deliverables, and conducting readiness and impact assessments. You'll work closely with stakeholders and project sponsors to ensure success across complex technology projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and project sponsors
  • Develop and implement change management plans and strategies
  • Assess and manage key stakeholders throughout the project
  • Create compelling communication materials and presentations
  • Conduct change impact analysis and resistance management
Requirements:
  • Change Management certification or similar with 8 years of experience
  • 5 years in stakeholder communication and risk management
  • 1 year as an Organizational Change Manager on complex projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office 2016 or higher
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions preferred
