Lead a high-performing administrative team at Sun Life as a Resource Team Leader. Drive operational effectiveness and deliver essential training programs for Advisors and staff. In this essential role, you will manage the operations of Financial Centre locations while facilitating training and development for a team of Financial Centre Administrators. Your leadership will support Advisors in enhancing their skills and adopting new technologies while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operations of Financial Centre locations
- Lead the administrative resource team effectively
- Conduct one-on-one reviews to assess team objectives
- Identify advisor learning needs and coordinate training
- Enable technology integration and support across locations
- University degree with 3-6 years of experience
- Expertise in coaching and leading teams
- Bilingual skills as required
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Proven multitasking and organizational skills
