Case Management Team Manager Position

- Monitor workload management and guide complex claims handling
- Post-secondary education required; group insurance experience preferred
- 1-3 years in a leadership role with coaching abilities
- Strong communication skills and decision-making capability
- Excellent organization and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to quality customer service and accountability
