Strategic Finance Partner Hybrid Position

Join our dynamic team as a Strategic Finance Partner in a hybrid work model, primarily based at North Campus, Edmonton. Provide crucial financial advice to academic leaders and staff. As a Finance Partner, you will be at the forefront of delivering strategic financial solutions while reporting to a Senior Finance Partner. Collaborate with other finance professionals and Centers of Expertise to ensure leaders receive optimal financial advice tailored to their needs. This role requires managing a wide range of client services and fostering strong relationships within educational units. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic financial solutions to key stakeholders
- Collaborate effectively with finance service partners
- Advise clients within faculties and service units
- Manage a breadth of financial client services
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving financial strategies
- Relevant degree in finance or accounting
- Experience collaborating with senior leadership
- Strong problem-solving and advisory skills
- Capacity to manage complex financial projects
- Passion for service excellence in finance
