• Craft graduate-focused recruitment strategies and assess their effectiveness
• Facilitate recruitment events, both virtually and in-person
• Develop relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Analyze factors impacting graduate enrollment and propose solutions
• Utilize recruitment marketing strategies effectively

• Bachelor's degree necessary
• Experience in graduate student recruitment preferred
• Strong knowledge of Canadian post-secondary systems
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to solve problems and lead teams
