Your primary focus will be to analyze billions of rows of data, develop insightful tools, and create dashboards. Your work will have a direct impact on more than 3 million Albertans and the $4 billion insurance market while ensuring fair practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Create enterprise-level dashboards and analytics tools
- Analyze multi-source auto insurance premium and claims data
- Collaborate on health claims data tracking
- Translate complex analyses into actionable insights
- Evaluate pricing models for fairness and compliance
- Expertise in statistical analysis and data interpretation
- Experience with dashboard development and visualization
- Strong collaboration and mentorship skills
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance in insurance
- Ability to communicate insights to diverse stakeholders
