Quantum Scientist for Advanced Research
Q-Block Computing
Engage in advanced quantum research as a Quantum Scientist. Contribute to leading-edge quantum computing and communication technologies while managing experimental projects. In this on-site role in Canada, you will be at the forefront of developing cavity-coupled neutral atom tweezer arrays alongside commercialization efforts in quantum fields. Your responsibilities will also include writing grant proposals and guiding junior team members through cutting-edge projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on intricate AMO physics experiments
- Lead and mentor fellow researchers
- Foster a learning-centric team atmosphere
- Analyze and interpret experimental data
- Manage project reporting and research practices
- PhD in Physics, Engineering, or similar field
- Minimum of 4 years in quantum science and research
- Proven experience in experimental quantum information
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in collaborative team interactions
