Lead Product Owner at AMA

Expect to work closely with design and engineering teams, ensuring smooth product delivery and enhanced member experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile delivery and create structured product specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions
- Own and nurture the product development backlog
- Drive design discussions and user journey mapping
- Participate in daily standups and resolve blockers
- 3-5 years in Product Management or similar roles
- Experience with agile methodologies and development practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in payments/accounting systems
- Relevant certifications like CSPO are a plus
- Ability to communicate across interdepartmental teams
