Senior Engineer for Product Innovation

Shape the future of livestock equipment as a Senior Engineer for Product Innovation in Alberta. Grasslands Recruitment Specialists is recruiting a Senior Design Engineer to oversee pivotal projects in product development. Emphasis will be on collaborating with drafting teams, conducting essential testing, and aligning production processes with quality standards. Your role encompasses leading design efforts and liaising with supply chain partners on parts and warranty issues. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product development and drive innovation in design
- Collaborate with teams to conceptualize and test products
- Revise operating procedures and production documentation
- Work with production to identify and resolve quality issues
- Provide leadership and direction to design and production staff
- Degree in engineering from an accredited institution
- Must possess P. Eng registration with APEGA
- 5 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Prior leadership experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors
- Capability to manage teams effectively
