Drive exceptional member experience at TEN X TORONTO as the Operations Manager. In this role, you'll enhance club operations and community relationships focused on wellness and health. The Operations Manager at TEN X TORONTO is responsible for managing relationships among members, staff, and the broader community. Report directly to the Managing Director, guiding all club operations, boosting budget performance, and ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction. Your expertise will elevate club offerings and member revolving engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and coordinate club policies
- Guide department managers in operating procedures
- Collaborate on budgeting and performance measures
- Monitor product quality to maximize satisfaction
- Engage in community initiatives to raise club visibility
- At least 3 years of private club management experience
- Proven financial and operational management skills
- Experience in leadership, marketing, and talent development
- Familiarity with Club Automation software is a plus
- Strong skills in communication and organization
