VP of Client Advisory and Operations Toronto

Shape the future of client advisory operations in Toronto as VP at a distinguished wealth management firm. This hybrid senior role features both strategic leadership and direct client engagement. In this influential position, you will report to the Chief Investment Officer while serving as a registered Associate Advising Representative (AAR). Your role involves operational oversight and team mentorship, focusing on processes vital to client satisfaction and wealth management. Engage with clients through workshops and presentations geared toward retirement strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage investor profile reviews as an AAR
- Facilitate education sessions on wealth planning
- Serve as a senior escalation point for plan sponsors
- Supervise operational processes and member administration
- Collaborate with CIO on investment performance insights
- Current eligibility as an AAR with the OSC
- 5-10+ years in relevant financial services
- Experience in operational transitions and scalability
- CFA or CIM credentials are advantageous
- Strong entrepreneurial and risk management instincts
