Reporting to the VP, Board Secretariat, you will oversee Board services for HOOPPs Board of Trustees and Committees. Key responsibilities include modernizing governance practices through technology, managing meeting logistics, and supporting informed decision-making. With 15+ years of relevant experience, you will drive continuous improvement and ensure solid governance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the Board Secretariat
- Manage Board and Committee meeting logistics
- Advise CEO and executive leadership on governance
- Oversee governance documentation and record compliance
- Drive governance effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 15+ years in Board governance or related roles
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Governance
- Experience with governance technologies and AI solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
