Senior RSP Operations Director Toronto

Lead strategic initiatives for Identity Digital as the Senior RSP Operations Director in hybrid mode from Toronto. Elevate client relationships, mentor teams, and drive operational excellence. This senior role is a pivotal point of contact for Account Managers and premium clients at Identity Digital. You will support and mentor Account Managers, ensure effective communication, and analyze account activities to facilitate growth strategies. Collaborating closely with teams, your aim is to align client needs with the organization’s objectives while driving long-term growth through exceptional support. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams
- Act as the main contact for account managers
- Lead development of process documentation and guides
- Analyze account trends to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare reports on RSP business trends for management
- 10+ years in senior technical account management
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in JIRA, Salesforce, SQL preferred
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
- Experience in project management for customer satisfaction
