We're partnering with a well-established, Ontario-based provider of non-emergency medical transportation services to find their next Chief Operating Officer.
This is a unique leadership prospect for a growth‑oriented, commercially and operationally driven executive to join a second‑generation, family‑led business at a defining stage of its evolution. Having grown significantly in recent years, the company is now focused on doubling revenue over the next three to four years – and is seeking a trusted senior leader to help build the structure, team, and operating model required to get there.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of scaling a mid‑market business through meaningful growth, with experience in service‑based, logistics, healthcare transportation, multi‑site, or similarly operationally complex environments. This leader will partner closely with the ownership group to drive strategic and commercial growth, build a high‑performing leadership team, strengthen operational discipline, and help define the culture and long‑term value of the organization. This role is based onsite in Pickering, ON.
