Global Chief People Officer Role

Shape and define a global people strategy as the Chief People Officer. Drive culture evolution and organizational effectiveness within a hybrid work model that supports international collaboration. As the Global Chief People Officer, you will lead the organization’s people vision across all regions. This senior role requires 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, specifically in global contexts. Your expertise will strengthen engagement and build a values-driven culture aligned with the organization’s objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a multi-year global people strategy implementation
- Partner with the CEO on enterprise strategy development
- Embed organizational values in leadership practices
- Foster a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture
- Oversee global HR operations ensuring consistency and compliance
- 20+ years in HR leadership, 7+ in global roles
- Proven CPO or CHRO experience in technology sectors
- Background in organizational development and change
- Strong strategic and cross-cultural leadership skills
- Relevant HR certifications preferred
