Hands-On Director of People & Culture

Lead as the Hands-On Director of People & Culture at Vital Infrastructure Property Trust. Shape people strategies while managing a diverse workforce across multiple countries. In this role, you will direct the global People & Culture strategies, closely partnering with senior leaders to enhance employee relations and organizational effectiveness. Focused on a responsive approach, you'll execute essential People & Culture programs related to talent acquisition and employee engagement. This position plays a vital role in transforming workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of strategic People & Culture initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee-related matters
- Manage core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
- Oversee complex employee relations and compliance challenges
- Support People & Culture operations across various markets
- 10+ years of senior HR experience, preferably in fast-paced environments
- Related university degree required
- Real estate and financial industry experience preferred
- Proven skills in executive compensation and incentive planning
- Excellent problem-solving and coaching abilities
