Drive client success as a Strategic Account Director at RedCompass Labs, specializing in payments modernization. In this hybrid role, you'll focus on developing relationships and strategic growth for North American clients. The Strategic Account Director will be pivotal in fostering deep trust with clients and ensuring they receive tailored solutions in payments transformation. Your experience in managing complex accounts and executing strategic plans will guide clients’ journeys toward modernization. Engage with C-suite stakeholders and lead business reviews to align support and services effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Own account plans covering growth and risk strategies
- Drive business reviews and maintain client relationships
- Identify consulting and product opportunities for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client success
- Monitor industry trends relevant to clients
- Minimum of 7 years in strategic account management
- Track record of managing financial institution accounts
- Strong understanding of payments and consulting landscapes
- Comfortable with executive presence and stakeholder management
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
