Relevant du Gestionnaire en recrutement, le/la Recruteur(euse) 360, est intégré(e) à l'équipe Data & Tech. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le recrutement, l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et l'expansion stratégique du portefeuille de l'unité d'affaires.
En tant qu'expert(e) reconnu(e) en recrutement de technologies de l'information, vous gérerez l'ensemble du processus, de l'identification des talents à leur intégration chez les clients. Connaissance métier & Recrutement IT
Comprendre les besoins du client, définir les profils de poste précis et évaluer les compétences techniques et comportementales des candidats en IT.
Mener des négociations commerciales et conclure des contrats, maximisant les bénéfices pour l'entreprise.
Excellence Opérationnelle & Gestion de projet
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the 360 Recruiter is part of the Data & Tech team. You will play a key role in recruitment, new client acquisitions, and strategically expanding the business unit's portfolio.
As a recognized expert in IT recruitment, you will manage the entire process, from talent identification to their integration with clients. Business Acumen & IT Recruitment
Understand client needs, define precise job profiles, and evaluate candidates' technical and behavioral skills in IT.
Identify and target new potential clients, develop prospecting strategies, and establish solid relationships with prospects.
Develop and execute detailed territory and account plans, and lead targeted prospecting campaigns.
Lead commercial negotiations and close contracts, maximizing benefits for the company.
Operational Excellence & Project Management
Expertise technique IT : Capacité avérée à évaluer les compétences techniques des candidats dans divers domaines des technologies de l'information.
Communication : Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord.
Sectoral Experience : Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, with solid expertise in prospecting, client acquisition, and Request for Proposal (RFP) management.
Established Network : Possess a significant and established network of contacts within Quebec companies across various industries.
IT Technical Expertise : Proven ability to assess candidates' technical skills in various areas of information technology.
Communication : Good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.
