Inside Sales Manager Accounting Bridge | Remote – Lower Mainland, BC Full-Time | $60,000 base + performance based bonus About Accounting Bridge

We take the chaos out of the back office; covering bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and Virtual CFO support, so business owners can focus on what matters most — growth.
As our first Inside Sales Manager, you'll be the sole closer on the team — working a steady stream of inbound leads generated by the business and converting them into long-term Accounting Bridge clients. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role where your job is to help SMB owners understand what's broken in their current financials and show them exactly what clean, current books unlock for their business.
You'll own the full sales cycle from first conversation to signed agreement, with a warm handoff to our onboarding and accounting team to ensure every new client starts on the right foot.
Work warm inbound leads provided by the business and manage them through the full sales cycle to close
Follow up consistently and keep momentum through a short, consultative sales cycle
Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity tracking in the CRM
Proven experience in a target-based sales or relationship management environment
Strong consultative communication skills — you can lead a confident, trust-building conversation with a business owner
Background in financial services, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field is an asset but not required
Short, efficient sales cycles with minimal stall
60,000 base salary + performance-based bonus structure
~ Fully remote — must be based in the Lower Mainland, BC
