Rent Review Date or Lease Dates or Renewal Charge Fee

PM Software System: PropertyMe
Software: RP Data / CoreLogic, ID4me
Forms software: Realworks
Digital Signing Software: Flick it over
Inspection Software: Breezeway
Other tools: Outlook, Teams, 3CX Phone System, IRE, Inspection Express, Property Tree, and Monday.com
Technical Requirements:
Equipment is self-provided
USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
Working Webcam
Computer with at least 1.5 GHz processor and at least 8GB RAM
Main Internet Service Speed: at least 50 Mbps cable connection
Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps
