• Uncapped Earnings – Competitive base salary of $65,000–$106,000, plus an uncapped variable compensation structure that directly rewards performance.

What You’ll Do as an Account Manager

• Develop relationships with manufacturing companies looking to hire.
• Experience in the recruitment industry, ideally managing a full 360 desk or working in a client-facing capacity.
• Proven business development or account management experience.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and advise decision-makers.
• Experience recruiting or selling within industrial sectors such as manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, or construction is a strong asset.
• Experience selling into both Canadian and US markets is an asset.
