Ensure our customers have the best possible experience when dealing with our company. Ensure that every process is timely, accurate and seamless with a passion for continuous improvement. Set Operational goals to ensure alignment with business unit Management to create a clear focus and direction for desired results.
Ensure staff work together to achieve optimum efficiency and meet management’s operational and process objectives. Regular reviews with the Business Unit Leader of key performance indicators and dashboard results.

• Define, monitor and analyze metrics used for measurement and continuous improvement. Customer Visits – Obtain direct feedback from our customers (personal and surveys) and use this to improve our ability to deliver exceptional service.
• Audit – Conduct branch operational audits and work with Branch Managers/Supervisors to implement changes required to achieve a level of success. Work in Process Inventory Accuracy – Achieve 85% inventory accuracy through cycle counting, variance analysis and process improvement.
• Equipment – ​​Ensure all warehouse and office equipment is maintained and in good condition. Create a replacement schedule to minimize annual fluctuations in capital investment.
• Manage fraud and theft risk by assessing needs and developing and implementing controls. Be vigilant and work with management to respond quickly to potential breaches.
• Manage and prioritize operational reports for review by Operations and branch staff.
• Work with IT for computer and office equipment requirements. Education & Training
• 2 years minimum Management experience required.

University/College degree with a specialty in Operations Management an asset.
