• Provide the unit management with information, analysis and expert insight to support challenges and steer the business towards growth, optimal performance

and sustained long-term profitability.

• Work closely with stakeholders to analyse and evaluate benefits, costs and investments ensuring a good return on investment and qualitative business cases.
• Navigate towards more effective and cost-conscious ways of working, identifying growth and cost potentials through benchmarking, striving for constant

improvements and closing the performance gap.

• Contribute to the financial business planning process by ensuring that the financial plan is aligned with the BPL priorities and make sure the rules, IKEA group risk manual guidelines and country legislation are implemented and monitored.
• Lead and co-ordinate the financial follow-up and forecasting process in the unit, in line with the global business navigation year cycle.

The starting salary for this position is $ 66,240. P.S. In the IKEA world, this position is officially referred to as: Business Navigator.
