Operations Specialist (Work-From-Home)

This is a full-time permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week with opportunities for a hybrid office work schedule.
Lead payment processing operations to ensure efficient and secure transaction handling for a large-scale eCommerce website
Monitor payment processing performance, assess risk mitigation strategies, and implement solutions
Manage and prioritize the product backlog for the Payment Systems Development Team and determine business requirements
Collaborate with customer support teams and internal stakeholders to address and resolve payment-related issues for our customers
Analyze payment processing data to identify trends, issues, opportunities for cost savings, and prepare detailed reports on the findings
Handle day-to-day tasks related to chargeback prevention services, alert notifications, payment processor communication, and refund policy optimization
Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or other related fields
Proven track record of managing vendor relationships
Strong project management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize and lead multiple projects
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
Knowledge of payment industry regulations and compliance standards would be considered an asset
Experience with international payment processing and multi-currency transactions would be considered an asset
