As a Business Development Manager (m/w/d) bist du Teil des Business Development Teams, das entschlossen die Zukunft des E-Commerce in Europa revolutioniert. Du bist für die Generierung von Pipelines verantwortlich und versorgst deine Kollegen mit neuen Opportunitäten . Dabei trittst du als Kommunikationstalent auf und generierst dadurch neue Conversions.
Daher suchen wir in Deutschland nach jemanden wie dir, der die globale Entwicklung von Shopware in der DACH-Region mitgestalten möchte. Egal von wo aus du arbeitest, du bist für uns ein fester Bestandteil des Teams .
Du verantwortest und bearbeitest aktiv unsere Lead-Pipeline durch Outbound Aktivitäten und baust in kurzer Zeit ein qualifiziertes Netzwerk auf.
Du kontaktierst potenzielle Kunden via Telefon, Video-Call oder vor Ort und kommunizierst dabei mit Top-Entscheider*innen aller Branchen .
Du analysierst und sammelst aktuelle Kundenanforderungen anhand unserer Qualifizierungsmethodik, sprichst erste Handlungsempfehlungen aus und arbeitest eng und auf Augenhöhe mit den Account Executives zusammen.
Du strukturierst und bereitest die Daten unserer Leads im CRM-System auf ( wir nutzen HubSpot ).
Du bist wertvoller Input-Geber für unser Marketing-Team zu den Themen Kundenbedürfnisse, Industrietrends und Marktwahrnehmung.
Du nimmst an Messen und Events teil und repräsentierst Shopware nach außen sowie innerhalb unserer Community.
Das bringst du mit:
Du überzeugst mit verhandlungssicheren Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen.
Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsumfeld sammeln können und dabei nachweisbare Erfolge erzielt.
Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Software-Sales gemacht, idealerweise im E-Commerce Segment.
Dich zeichnet eine agile Arbeitsweise aus und du weißt, wie du deine Prioritäten setzen musst.
Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen mit einem CRM System, bestenfalls HubSpot, und weißt, wie man einen Kontakt und einen Lead anlegt.
