Sales Manager
Unser Kunde, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien mit rund 370 Mitarbeitenden, sucht einen Sales Manager. In dieser Rolle begleitest du Kunden bei der Umsetzung von Großbatteriespeichern und PV Anlagen und verantwortest den Vertriebsprozess von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Abschluss. Der Fokus liegt auf einer fundierten technischen Beratung sowie dem nachhaltigen Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen im industriellen Umfeld.

Deine Aufgaben als Sales Manager
Beratung von Kunden bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Photovoltaik und Großbatteriespeicher
Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Entwicklung technischer Lösungskonzepte
Betreuung definierter Kunden sowie Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen
Durchführung von Präsentationen und Verhandlungen im technischen Umfeld
Enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen wie Planung, Projektmanagement und Marketing
Beobachtung von Markt und Wettbewerb zur Unterstützung der Vertriebsstrategie
Erstellung von Angeboten, Umsatzprognosen und regelmäßigen Reports
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung
Alternativ Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, erneuerbare Energien oder vergleichbar
Hervorragende Kommunikations und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
Fließende Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb oder in der Kundenbetreuung
Ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Motivation, Vertriebsziele zu erreichen
Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb von Solarkraftwerken oder verwandten Bereichen wie Anlagenbau, Maschinenbau oder Elektrotechnik
