Software Sales Manager

Job Responsibility:

The Sales manager will lead our company's North American sales operations, strategizes marketing initiatives, negotiates software demo and sales processes, and drives customer satisfaction. Key tasks include team leadership, software sales, software demos to potential customers, B2B sale processes, and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve target sales goals
• Identify good sale leads and manage B2B sale cycle
• Manage and lead a team of software sales professionals to meet performance objectives
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the competition
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Execute successful sales while maintaining the strong customer relationships
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other departments, such as R+D, development, operations, finance and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the software industry
• Provide regular training and coaching to the sales team to improve skills and performance

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team of sales professionals
• Thorough knowledge of the software industry, market trends, and competitors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong software industry network and linkage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

Salary: From $46,464.33 per year
