What You Will Be Doing
- Lead, coach, and inspire the new and used car sales team to achieve sales goals
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to team members
- Build a positive, customer-focused environment that encourages repeat business
- Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the service and finance departments to enhance customer experience
- Analyze sales performance, trends, and metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies that increase market share and department success
What you Bring
- 3-5 years previous automotive sales experience
- Previous experience as a team leader / mentor / coach
Working Conditions - Office environment, travel may be required. Overtime as required.
