Deine Aufgaben
In dieser Rolle übernimmst du Verantwortung für einen bestehenden Kundenstamm, entwickelst neue Geschäftspotenziale und gestaltest aktiv die Weiterentwicklung eines führenden Energiedienstleisters mit. Das bedeutet konkret:
Bestandskundenentwicklung: Betreuung und strategische Weiterentwicklung bestehender Key Accounts wie Hausverwaltungen, Genossenschaften und Bauträger und
Neukundenakquise: Identifikation von Potenzialen am Markt und Neukundengewinnung durch dein Netzwerk und gezielte Ansprache
Beziehungsmanagement: Aufbau von langfristigen, vertrauensvollen Kundenbeziehungen und Stärkung der Marktposition im Westen Österreichs
Vertriebsstrategie umsetzen: Operative Umsetzung regionaler Vertriebsziele und vorantreiben von nachhaltigem Wachstum
Beratung: Technisch und kaufmännisch Beratung zu Lösungen im Bereich Energie, Gebäudetechnik und Dienstleistungen
Angebotsgestaltung: Analyse des Kundenbedarfes und Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Angeboten
Schnittstellenmanagement: Zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stakeholder
Abgeschlossene technische oder betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Key Account Management im Außendienst
Erfahrung in der Gebäudetechnik/HKLS oder im Energiesektor
Bestehendes Netzwerk in Bereichen wie Hausverwaltungen, Bauträger oder Installateure von Vorteil
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in gängigen Tools wie CRM-Systemen und MS 365
Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
Führerschein Klasse B sowie Reisebereitschaft von 3-4 Tagen pro Woche im Raum Tirol & Vorarlberg
Ausgeprägte Stärke in der Neukundenakquise und im Aufbau nachhaltiger Kundenbeziehungen
Begeisterung für Digitalisierung und Energieeffizienz
