Position: Business Operations and Accounts Administrator

Location: Mississauga, Canada

Role Overview: As our Business Operations and Accounts Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring seamless financial processes and optimizing our procurement activities. Responsibilities:

• Monitor expenses and reconcile account balances and invoices.
• Reviewing and processing invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Managing and scheduling payments to suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the accounts payable function.
• Communicating with suppliers and vendors to address inquiries, resolve issues,
• Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability
• Maintaining accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.
• Keep meticulous records of financial transactions and procurement activities.
• Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and delivery terms
• Monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations
• Work closely with our R&D and Production teams—understand their needs and align procurement strategies.
• Team up with production, quality control, and logistics to keep things humming.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Experience with Excel, SAP software and similar procurement applications
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Bonus points if you know your way around the pharmaceutical industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
